Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is an American actor, producer, and model. Since gaining fame with his character in Road Trip, he's appeared in over 20 movies. They include The New Guy Hustle & Flow, The Core and The New Guy Hustle & Flow. In addition to his work as a character in the film, Qualls has been featured in more than 22 television programs like Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order & many more. Qualls is diagnosed at 14 years old with Hodgkin lymphoma is an incredibly strong fighter. The cancer had gone into remission within two years. The treatment was so early that it had a severe effect on the body, as well as slowed down his growth. As a child, he was familiar with being in poverty, and financial security was his primary goal. He stated "I've lived a life of frugality over the years and I'm in need of financial security or the world will feel out-of-control for me." He thinks back to his childhood, and wants to combat bullying. He says that cruelty breaks his heart. In real life, and on screen, DJ would be thrilled to play dad. However, he acknowledges that directors don't assign me to those roles. He'd like to get a kid so it would be easier to devote his time on his career to more attention to the baby.
